Hey lovely,

I’m SaraLou - a specialist women’s life coach, former NHS GP, yoga teacher, and mum to one amazing little human.

I support high-achieving women who are tired of just holding it all together. The ones who look like they’re coping on the outside, but feel exhausted, disconnected, and overwhelmed inside.

Through trauma-informed, integrative coaching, I help you come back to yourself - to feel confident at work, present with the people you love, and grounded in a life that feels good on the inside, not just ticks all the boxes paper.

My work blends science and soul - drawing on my background in medicine, psychology, and neuroscience, alongside somatic tools, mindfulness, and a whole lot of compassion.

Over the years, I’ve supported thousands of women across the globe - from the UK to the Middle East to Australia - to break free from burnout, rewrite their stories, and build lives filled with more presence, joy, and ease.

My unique approach to coaching is grounded in a rare combination of qualifications and experience- blending neuroscience, mindset, and embodiment to create lasting, meaningful change.

I am highly qualified and experienced, I draw on:

  • Medical expertise- as a qualified GP who worked in primary care for 10+ years.

  • Transformational coaching certification- grounded in psychology, NLP, and trauma-informed principles

  • Yoga teacher training, bringing in somatic wisdom, mindfulness, and nervous system support

This integrative lens allows me to meet you exactly where you are - mentally, emotionally, and physically - and support you with tools that honour your whole self.

As a women’s coach, I like to think I come into your life for a combination of all three. I’m the person who can help you realise the life you want and prompt the changes needed to get you there. I’m the person who remains by your side during a period of struggle, transition or growth. And I’m the person who will give you the skills and mental toolkit needed to continue on a positive pathway throughout your life.

My Story

My women’s coaching is unique because it’s inspired by and built on 17+ years as a doctor specialising in psychological wellbeing. I’m honoured to have met, worked with, and helped thousands of women in my general practice, but I believe more can be offered beyond our healthcare system’s ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to help women heal, rebuild, and grow in a truly holistic way.

And so my coaching encompasses science and psychology, as well as connection, compassion, and a touch of spirituality. I create a safe, nurturing space where you can let down your guard, talk openly, and have time to yourself.

I understand how incredibly busy, tiring, and overwhelming life can be at times, especially for professional women - the constant juggle of priorities and the pressure to manage it all alone.

I get it because I’ve been there, and life’s thrown a fair few additional challenges my way. From fertility battles and miscarriages, the sudden loss of my father and anxiety and burnout professionally, to moving across the world and back again, plus parenting a small child during the pandemic.

But I was able to say, “enough is enough,” to reconnect with myself and create a more intentional and joy-filled life. It’s one that fills me up daily, feels balanced, and flows with ease (most of the time!). It’s one where I’m more resilient to life’s challenges and confident enough to state my own needs.

Like all journeys, mine hasn’t been solely smooth sailing, but it’s allowed me to accept my humanity and recraft my life into what I needed, craved, and longed for. It’s been a truly transformational process. I’ve learnt the power of boundaries, respecting my body and mind, recognising my own need to heal, and my true worth.

Now, my passion is to guide and champion other women on a similar path of self-discovery and empowerment. Whether facing burnout, stress, inner criticism or limiting beliefs, we can work together to navigate life’s challenges, heal past wounds, and rewrite narratives to create happier, more fulfilling lives.
